The Sweepstakes is sponsored by NORTHEAST AUTO SUPPLY LLC, 983 New Britain Ave, West Hartford, CT 06110 (the “Sponsor”) and administered by NORTHEAST AUTO SUPPLY LLC, 983 New Britain Ave, West Hartford, CT 06110 (the “Administrator”).

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state/province of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, Administrator, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator and Sponsor reserves the right to edit or amend these rules at any time without notice to Entrants.

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on May 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on August 31, 2025.

Entrants who make a purchase through the Sponsor’s official online store will receive fifty (50) entries for every whole dollar spent, excluding taxes and shipping fees. LIMIT: There is no limit to the number of entries per person; however, all entries must comply with these Official Rules.

To be valid, each entry must provide all requested information. Proof of entry information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an entry. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website or email address, including, but not limited to, commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned except as provided herein. By participating, you consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of your personal information for the administration of this Sweepstakes, or in any other manner consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Entrants may enter without making a purchase by mailing a legibly hand-printed 3”x 5” card with their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address in a #10 business-sized envelope with proper postage to: Northeast Auto Boutique, 983 New Britain Ave, West Hartford, CT 06110. Each mail-in entry will be worth one (1) Sweepstakes entries. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 30th 2025, and received by August 1st, 2025. LIMIT: There is no limit to the number of entries per person; however, all entries must comply with these Official Rules. Bulk Mail-Ins will not be accepted. Each individual entry must be mailed in a separate #10 business-sized envelope with separate, proper postage. Written entries are excluded from multipliers.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 2022 BMW M3 (the “Prize”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $80,000.00. The Winner must take possession of the Prize at a Sponsor-specified location in Connecticut within thirty (30) days of notification.

The potential Winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted on or about August 6th, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Winner will be notified via email, phone, and/or mail. If a potential Winner does not respond within three (3) business days of the first notification attempt or fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate Winner may be selected.

If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes. Any fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.

By entering, Entrants release the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance and use of the Prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical errors, lost or misdirected entries, or damage to Entrants' computers or data.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Connecticut.
