  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
  • We accept major credit and debit cards.
  • All transactions are processed securely.

4. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES
  • Purchases may include automatic entries to the NEAS 1 Sweepstakes.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter. See [Official Rules] for details.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Site or participation in the Sweepstakes.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. NEAS#1 Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("EST") on May 1, 2025 ("Start Date") and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("EST") on August 31, 2025. Open to legal residents of 50 United States that are the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Void in Canada and where prohibited. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Certain restrictions apply.
