OFFICIAL RULES – NEAS 1 SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR

The “NEAS 1” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Northeast Auto Supply, LLC, 983 New Britain Avenue, West Hartford, CT 06110 (“Sponsor”).

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2025, at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time and ends on August 31, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

THERE ARE TWO METHODS OF ENTRY:

a. PURCHASE ENTRY
Entrants will receive automatic entries when purchasing products on www.neautosupply.com during the Sweepstakes Period. The number of entries per dollar spent is subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion and may vary by product or promotional period.

b. FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY
To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to: NEAS 1 SWEEPSTAKES – ENTRY, 983 NEW BRITAIN AVENUE, WEST HARTFORD, CT 06110. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately and postmarked by August 31, 2025, and received by September 5, 2025. Mail-in entries count as one entry. Multipliers do not apply to mail-in entries, except during promotional periods. (CURRENT PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: 500X PER MAIL IN ENTRY, EXPIRES JUNE 30TH 2025.)

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize: A 2022 BMW M3 and $10,000 in cash. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $85,000 USD. Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, title, licensing, and registration fees associated with prize acceptance and use. The vehicle must be picked up in Connecticut. Sponsor will provide airfare for the winner to Connecticut. Return travel is the winner’s responsibility.

6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about September 6, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING THE PRIZE

The potential winner will be announced publicly via Sponsor’s social media platforms and website. The potential winner will be contacted via the email address provided with their entry. Winner must respond and claim the prize within three (3) business days of the public winner announcement. If the winner fails to respond within that time, they may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected. Before receiving the prize, the winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, and where legally permissible, a Publicity Release.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING THE PRIZE

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, agents, employees, and officers from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

10. PRIVACY

Information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found in the website footer.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

NEAS#1 Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("EST") on May 1, 2025 ("Start Date") and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("EST") on August 31, 2025. Open to legal residents of 50 United States that are the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Void in Canada and where prohibited. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Certain restrictions apply.
